You need to do something if this happens, let your team know it's happening by pinging the lane to fallback, and pinging the person who is roaming, if it's safe to follow and you think you'd win the fight, you can move to help balance out the fight, or if not then look to shove the lane, set up vision or do something to gain an advantage when the enemies return to your lane. Sometimes it can be best to do the non optimal play if it will avoid your team from tilting hard.
